United Tire & Service of East Caln

Was in the market for truck tires with a specific name brand in mind. I was given a reasonable fair priced quote for them and then was told about another option. Still name brand and very comparable to the tires I was shopping for. A lot cheaper for the second option and a better tire in my mind. The best part they were willing to install the day after Christmas. From the quote, the drop off, the install and the pick up when finished was exceptional. Very friendly crew and great techs. Truck was completed on time and the price when done matched the quoted price. No add ons or surprises. Plus with the snow this winter I’m thankful for the news tires. Performed perfectly. Thanks everyone and will return for other needs.

Rarely do I write reviews but these guys deserve all the recognition. Had a punctured tire and was losing air quickly. Pulled in randomly and was met by the friendliest staff imaginable. Not only did they fix my tire but didn’t ask for anything in return (other than future business). Since then I’ve had 2 other tire issues that needed replacement and was more than happy to give them the business. I hope these guys get all the business they can handle as they really know how to treat a customer and be transparent in servicing/pricing. Great experience!!

I have been a customer of United Tire (East Caln) for several years. Not sure what took me so long to share this review as I have received amazing service since day one. Chris and Frank are honest, friendly and provide helpful details at each appointment. I truly appreciate them as they take the time to explain to me what's going on with my vehicles and how best to address. This shop and crew are the best. I highly recommend you give them a try!

Best service anywhere, ever, and very consistent! I have using these guys to service my car for over four years now and will not go anywhere else! Chris, Frank, Alex, and the rest of the team are extremely customer service oriented, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and prices are excellent! I trust my car to them wholeheartedly and know my vehicle is in excellent hands!

This is a great place! I have been coming to United Tire of East Caln for a long time. Frank and his team are very good and very fair. I drive over 40 mins to come to this location to bring my 06 Hummer H3 and 08 Toyota Prius (320,000 miles). The waiting area is very clean and they are very accommodating. If you need tires, repairs, or general service this is the place I would suggest. Thank you for all of your help Frank and team!
