I was lucky enough to have this amazing guy named Mike, wish I caught his last name, serve me in a time of need. Surprised on how quickly he responded to my aid and he noticed how stressed and upset I was. With very calming words he explained how much worse my situation could've bin. Offered me very fair choices and pricing. Professional enough to give me great advice on what to do then and after. He made a bad situation so much better. Thank you Mike. God bless you.

Car blew the motor, but I was quickly found by Mike. Made my day a whole lot better after my dog locked us out the car and he opened it free of charge! Definitely one of the better tow truck guys

These guys nailed! We were broke down on Bronx Expressway on a freezing evening in nighttime rush hour traffic. Bumper to Bumper! The driver whipped in, yarded our international truck, and drove us to a repair location mins away. They saved the day! Totally recommend them in any emergency in Bronx and surround boroughs.

My car stopped in the left lane, just before exit 7 southbound on the FDR. I'm 75 years old. In my van was a wheelchair bound man, an amputee, a man with special needs and a dog. I was driving a car that belongs to my son, the guy in the wheelchair, but one that I was unfamiliar with. We had run out of gas.Then came an angel named Andy. Andy was professional, patient and friendly. He even had a wonderful sense of humor. When I explained all that had happened, he towed us to a gas station. My only payment method was not accepted. He waited until we were able to get that together. Andy, with his positive attitude and outlook, was Truly Heaven sent. May his continued journey be Blessed. I even Thank Universe Towing for having employees of this caliber I must say though, Andy has set the bar
