Friendly staff who took great care of us. They handled all the insurance contacts, and kept our repair moving. The work is outstanding! Paint matches perfectly. They even recommended an important safety fix that we didn't even know was needed. Very pleased with University. I will recommend only them to anyone who asks me about body shop needs!
