Obviously the police department and locals keep them in business. I simply needed air in my tire and was told " it's a liability issue", " we don't do that " , "only for paying customers" this was a bicycle. I really got the vibe that they just didn't want to help.

Whatever you do avoid this shop, very rude customer service. The techs working here are not professional at all the work they did speaks for them. I had a major engine job done head replacement along with many other things. Not only did they have my car for over a month and half when I received the car back it was pouring out oil and had to fight to have the 30 dollars in oil I paid taken off so my engine didn't blow up. After returning to fix was charged 400 more for a part it didn't need to cover their ass when the job was done incorrectly in the first place. Since then I have already had the gaskets from the heads up replaced because almost every single part they touched was leaking even the oil cooler they replaced for no reason that they said was the issue, no it was just a botch job.

I've come here for my oil change for 2 years now and I trust these lovely people so much I drove all the way back from Michigan for their service! Always kind and personable with small town charm. Thanks for keeping my car running smoothly guys!

My daughter's car wouldn't start so we called AAA to tow it to University Motors on a Sunday night. I called them on Monday morning to let them know it was in their parking lot and by that afternoon they had it diagnosed with parts ordered. A new starter fixed it and we had the Camry back on Tuesday.

I’ve never been treated so poorly by the staff at university motors in Oxford Ohio. They are very slow and unprofessional with the handling of my vehicle. I was told they would have a mechanic look at my car asap . Which was 3 weeks later. I was informed they would have to replace the engine. I ordered the engine and it was delivered. After that they didn’t even start the work on my car until 3 more weeks. When they finally did start working on it they didn’t even verify that the replacement motor was even the right one! They proceeded to tear my car completely apart before even checking it. Now I have a problem!
