These guys are very professional! I bought my first scooter yesterday. They took care of all paperwork for DMV before I left. I was in and out with my brand new bike within an hour. Very impressive!

I had spoke with Gerald a few days earlier and secured the bike after speaking with him for about 20 minutes. It was immediately apparent that Gerald is a rider and not just a salesperson. He has years of off-road experience and has been in the motorsports industry for a long time. On the day of the sale, the staff was extremely helpful with the necessary paperwork and I was very impressed with knowledge and assistance they provided with bike familiarization. Looked around at a lot of different places to make purchase for a brand new moped for my son this place" upstate cycle" was the most reasonable priced and they were very professional with the whole purchase process even gave my son a crash course session of about 15 minutes on what to do and not to do in reference to driving and taking care of his moped to me as a mom the crash course session for my son was the best ever!
