Parts are priced awesome and look great. I would have given 5 stars had I received a notification of my part shipping with a tracking number. However, when I did call in to get information on my order, I was able to get through to a customer service representative super fast and easy. The representative I spoke with was very personable. She tracked my order, provided me with the tracking number, all in a very professional and quick manner.

Never received order confirmation or shipping confirmation?? But still delivered in 4 days 👌 I had already bought their stainless steel muffler and now 350Z stainless steel Y-Pipe!! Perfect exhaust system they sell & fit like a glove on my 04 350Z 😎 Now my exhaust is completely new from UPSW Exhaust components!!! Highly recommend 👌 And being retired mechanic i know quality exhaust when I have it in my hands!!! Thanks 😊

So far hasn't been a good experience placed an order Tuesday night 10/28 didn't receive confirmation till 10/29 at 6:47 pm item showed it should be delivered in 1-2 days to my location 10/30 it started processing and today no movement so we shall see what happens will update review once I receive it but honestly I assumed it would of shipped out by now being i placed the order Tuesday... So now we wait UPDATE received my order about 1 est Saturday no damage perfect fit they're update system is wonky but they're shipping times are super fast

I ordered an exhaust pipe and found that it was going to be more work than I wanted to tackle so I called to cancel the order. Jane helped me and stated that it showed shipped but she took the extra time to see if it could be pulled from the truck since it had not left yet. The item was pulled and the order was cancelled. I will definitely order parts from them again in the future. Great customer service. Thanks again.

Order a full exhaust including a catalytic converter for my Honda CR-V and it fit perfectly. On top of the price being very reasonable everything fit as it should. The only downside was having to scrape off the sticker labels off the pipes but it was nothing to a wire wheel.
