Went in for a typical inspection and tire change. After receiving a call from a family member saying my car was totaled the garage decided to call and tell me 6 hours later. After a long weekend of cancelled plans and then an extra few days on that. I get a rental. Which of course I had to put money down on. Instead of taking the initiative to get me a car through the shop I had to wait for their insurance company to pick up their phone; which apparently is 5 business days. Staff have been unsympathetic. Much more should have been done to help a customer who came in for a tuneup and left with financial burden on himself and a burden on all the people driving them around. Unprofessional. Do not recommend.

Our car ended up with a flat 1/3 of the way through a road trip. We had our two young sons with us and all other garages within a 45 min distance were unable to help us. The crew at uptown however got us right in, did everything they could to help us- and got us back on the road quickly and safely. They made a very stressful situation a bit more bareable. Great guys- great service.
