Truly fantastic. We've been through the ringer with auto shops recently. Ive felt like I can't trust anyone anymore. This place was referred by a friend who sang praises of them and she was absolutely correct. These guys are friendly, compassionate, very well educated and 100% transparent. They will absolutely take pictures of every item on your car that needs work, and they'll tell you the order of importance of each item. They have absolutely restored my faith that professionalism and work ethic still exist. I'd also like to thank Susanne who is another client of theirs for referring me. Thanks again you guys!

Amazing service! Really explained everything out and recommended the right services in order to get everything done I needed and then some for ~%60 of the dealerships' service charge. On top of that, I received a full diagnostic report, even found issues the dealership would've missed, with photographs to show me exactly the issues in the report. The complimentary Lyft ride made it even better as I was able to get back home and work with minimal interruption to my day - highly recommend!

I brought in a vehicle a couple months ago and Jasen helped me. He actually said that they weren’t the best people to work on my vehicle and sent me to another shop. So much respect for them for doing this. It’s hard to find people who are honest about what they can and can’t do. Then I brought in another vehicle today and the level of customer service and honesty with my vehicle again was simply out of this world. He personally was great, but it seems like everyone inside this business is polite, great at listening, don’t feel pushy and they aren’t trying to sell me on anything. Literally the best mechanic I have ever been to so helpful and got my car done in the same day. These guys are hero’s. Iliana was the most helpful customer service representative I have ever encountered and these mechanics did such a job well done I cannot express how good the service is here.They replaced my entire radiator and recharged my ac all in the same day and had me back on the road by 4. I usually never leave reviews but this time I feel like I have to because I've never seen a service like this in my life. I heard weird sounds in the car and online reserches suggested problems with the transmission. I have a mitsubishi and appearently the transmission can be very problematic and me and my wife had a lot of worries. Me and my wife called twice or more and all the times Jason took all the time that was necessary to explain the potential issues, potential costs as far as they could, make sure he cleared all our doubts on the spot. He explained how they operate when it comes to checking the car (they take notes of everything they find).
