This is solely from a business perspective. I manage an auto body in Maryland and I used to order tires from other companies, but they eventually fell off. We now order all of our tires from US Auto Force and let me tell you why. When I call in to order tires from other places, the person on the other end would only ask me what the tire size and brand I'd like to order, then ask for a PO. That's it. But when I called USAF, there were 2 ladies that went out of their way to assist me and this wasn't just once, but every. single. time. Their names are Q and Chardae and they were marvelous in terms of finding better tires, at cheaper prices, and double checked multiple warehouses across the nation to ensure I got the best prices and availability.
