Won’t let me get MY PARTS FROM MY VEHICLE, I’m coming down Friday with the Cops to get WHATS MINE
Tow truck driver very helpful to take us here when we couldn't leave our car where AAA told us. Lady on the window and the yard guy very helpful. BUT THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE, THEY HAVE AN ANSWERING MACHINE. OUR INSURANCE WAS TRYING TO GET A HOLD OF THEM TO PICK UP OUR CAR, MY GUESS IS THAT THE LONGER THE CAR STAYS WITH THEM MORE STORAGE THEY COLLECT FROM THE INSURANCE
When I was towed over here, I was out of my mind due to the shock from my freeway accident. Jeremy and his staff were kind, understanding, and accommodating, and I am incredibly grateful to them for their help and service. I bashed the front of my car into a delivery truck and shoved everything engine-side backward, but they managed to make my car look like new in a month. A+ service 😭❤
Did a great job on fixing my bumper after a neighbor bumped into me.
It is worst place, they rush me, stole things from my car, they scratched my car.
