I'm grateful every day for my blue 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander. I bought it back in April of this year from the Used Car Factory. The same week, it had some wheel bearing issues that the Used Car Factory paid for in full, without question. Ever since then, it's been running WONDERFULLY, taking me everywhere I am needed. Got a car from them years back and it’s been nothing but a lemon! Don’t get a car through these people. Untrustworthy and they were disrespectful and rude to my bf at the time for no reason. Looking for a new car again, after years of doing nothing but trying to fix this car that I got from them that has drained me of so much money!!! Wish I never got a vehicle thru them.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience here! Joe went above and beyond every step of the way and made the buying process quick and easy, and was extremely patient. They are not your typical car salesmen, but rather genuine and down to earth people who want to get you into a safe vehicle for a reasonable price. I did have an issue with my car a few weeks after purchasing it (said issue was unbeknownst to them), I called immediately and Joe was able to get a tow out, with no notice, 20 minutes before they closed. It was fixed and back to me the next day, and they upheld their end of the warranty. I would absolutely purchase another vehicle from them and highly recommend this dealership.
