My brakes decided to fail when I was on a trip while my wife drove the car. I messaged and they replied on a Saturday. That afternoon they picked up my car after diagnosing the problem and had it fixed by Monday! Great service, good communication and fast work!
Didn’t honor warranty on engine replacement. After he finally agreed to come check the car he blocked my number.
Really good job i was very happy with the job in the toureg....
They couldn't find my faults, even though they came with a different diagnosis.
