Vaden Cadillac Savannah Service

My vehicle was in their possession for days and they did not give me any updates. They need to work on communicating with their customers.

The car is returned with the bumper fall out and the long distance radar somehow messed up. I self fix the sensor, but just require calibration programming. They didnt want to do calibration programming because its after market product installed. Has been spending at least 20k with them, transmission replacement etc.. my advisor Cynthia act like I’m the stranger , I may rather work with robot with no empathy

Very upset with this brand and dealership!! I probably should wait until my mechanic who WANTS to fix my car picks it up but honestly, I'm that angry right now and want to spare others the awful experience I had! I have a 2008 Cadillac STS with 106k miles on it. My aunt had it 8 years, I e had it for 4 years. Never had a problem with it other than your usual wear and tear. A month ago, the timing chain started skipping time. Had my mechanic pull codes and he told me this is a common issue with the 3.6L engines, not just in Cadillacs but all GMs. I started researching because that car has always had maintenance kept up on it, hence why it's never given me an issue. Tuesday, I call Cadillac and have them run my VIN to see if my car was included in the timing chain recalls. I was told it does

The service techs were attentive and professional. The waiting areas were clean. The Cadillac customers had a separate waiting area from the Chevrolet customers. The refreshments were often not replenished regularly. The shuttle drivers were courteous and drove safely. The shuttles were clean. Most of the employees spoke as they passed customers. Everyone was eager to be helpful.

I actually bought a Cadillac today! The process itself was great. We worked with Chris and he was knowledgeable and very forthcoming on everything pertaining to the sale. All the staff we spoke with were awesome. However, they onl had one person for finance and that wait was long. For a Saturday, it seemed odd to only have one person doing the final paperwork for all the sales. I would still recommend shopping here for your vehicles, no pressure and they work with you! (We bought used, researched other pricing and vehicles in other locations, and we got the better quality vehicle for under other sites' pricing.)
