With just about every service, you can pick two between Good, Fast, and Cheap. I'm not going to lie and say that Valiante is cheap. Honestly, I'd be suspicious if they were extremely cheap, especially with the repairs my car required. But the appraisal process was very transparent, they answered all of my questions in detail, and their price was the best of the 4+ shops I visited to get my car fixed. The non-subjective parts are the good and fast. I dropped my off in pretty rough shape on a Wednesday, I was able to pick my car up 8 business days later looking like new. Cant do much better than that, considering the amount of work required. NOV 2020 Update: Valiante recently repaired the left front fender on my Mercedes E350 Coupe. THey worked with my insurance company to replace the fender rather than repair since it was aluminum. Replacement was more cost effective. They also matched the black paint perfectly. The car looks like new. Valiante knows how to work on complex German cars like Mercedes.
