Valley Chevrolet Service Complex

23 Silverado. Had a rear main seal and electronic shifter assembly go bad and they took care of me both times. I got in very quick and the issues were handled within a day or two of me dropping it off. I am very satisfied with them and how they handle their business. I pass of 3 Chevy dealers to go to this one because I trust them the most. I also plan on taking my c6 z06 there for all future maintenance. Highly recommended.

Actual phone conversation I had with them when I called today: -Them: Valley Chevrolet service may I help you? -Me: Yes, I'm having an issue with my car the engine light came on suddenly, can I bring it in to get looked at? -Them: Well we're pretty booked up, I honestly don't even know when I'd be able to get you in -Me: Well do you want me to call back, maybe tomorrow or so? -Them: For What? Me: Never mind, I will take it somewhere else. thank you

Had a 9 a.m. appt. And called at 3 p.m. and they still didnt look at it! They just don't care take your vehicle anywhere but here! Worst service i have ever had. Last time I took my truck in it took 5 hours to get an oil change. I sat in the waiting room for 5 hours! So if you drop off your vehicle don't expect to get it back for days!!

Service Associates, friendly enough, but waited 2 1/2 hours for inspection, emission, And oil change only to be told that it hadn’t even been started yet. I was told that appointment times were definitive, and that I shouldn’t have made other appointments. Also, had issue with tire pressure sensor after appointment that wasn’t there prior to my appointment and I needed to go back to the dealership to get that fixed..

This is one of the worst places I've ever visited. I went there because my warranty and roadside assistance sent me, but they never even looked at my car while they made me wait for hours for nothing. Then a racist from that place called my phone and told me to move my car or he would call the police, for no reason at all. He was bothered that we were Latino from the moment we walked in; we received hateful stares the whole time.
