Valley Collison does awesome work. I have had to take my vehicles there twice now . The staff is awesome , cant remember the lady's name but she likes to sing. I worked directly with Paul and he was great to work with while my car was getting repaired. Communication is great through out the process.

I took my CRV in just to get some paint transfer buffed out and they did an amazing job you can't even tell where the paint transfer was on my car, and for free. They repaired my jeep in October 2022 - January 2023. I wasn’t going to post this but, after this last weekend I felt I owed it to future customers. Doing some maintenance last weekend I figured out why my fender liner was sagging. More missing push pins! It’s then that I stumbled across the missing bolts on the fender. They had my jeep for an extended time supposedly waiting for Parts. They had the hood off for replacement and obviously left it outside with it off during fall filling my cabin air intake with leaves. Look around their shop tons of trees! The captions on the photos pretty much tell you the rest. I did make them fix some of the issues but, here it’s a year plus later and I’m still finding stuff jacked up on my Jeep. They sent the quote to my insurance without communicating to me that they were going to do so. My car was deemed a total loss, in part because valley collision insisted that you have to remove the A/C condensor to replace the radiator, a removal and reinstall was priced at approximately $2,000. I replaced my radiator without disconnecting my condensor myself so I know you don't need to. I chose to retain my vehicle and the woman at the front desk told me I couldn't take my vehicle back. I had to pay for the disassembly out of pocket and be followed off of the lot in order to take my car. And she still insisted that it was unsafe to drive, it was because they had taken my hood latch off. They wouldn't let me bolt my hood latch back on on their lot nor do it for me. These guys are the best! They fixed our defender and made it look brand new. They have awesome communication via text to let me know exactly what’s going on. I’d come back to them again and again.
