Valley Glass - Idaho Falls

Called every windshield place. They were the most friendliest best priced and were able to get the glass the next day. And fix it within 2 hours. The windshield looks great and I'm super happy about the experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone living in Idaho Falls.DO NOT CALL SAFELITE!!!

We drove out of our way to get a windshield replaced here. Well worth the drive. We dropped the car off for our appt, and had lunch across the street while my new windshield was installed. Something we noticed.. each time we walked back into the office we were greeted right away, which is such a rarity these days and truly appreciated. Their team was welcoming, professional, and easy to work with. Great price, great service. Highly recommend!

First time using this company, after finding out someone I know very well uses them for his fleet of vehicles in business The staff was so kind and accommodating the first time I stopped by to get a bid and make an appointment and the workplace was very clean and organized. But most of all, on the day of my appointment, once again the technician scheduled to perform the repair could not have been any more kind and polite as he took the time to inspect my vehicle before and after the repair with me to make sure I was very satisfied with the work. Great experience!!!

I had an old casement crank window, shattered. It was large and difficult to access. I had checked all the other window companies for price and availability- Valley was able to get this taken care of fast at a much better price and…, their communication was excellent- makes all the difference. Jared and crew are awesome. Highly recommended.

What an amazing team! I have an older home, and one of my basement windows busted from a rock while mowing. Luckily I was able to remove the window from the frame (metal frame and aluminum inserts with glass). I brought it to Valley Glass to see if the glass could be replaced where the frame was so old, they looked at it and said it could be done. The total charge was $67 and some change for it- which in my book is a fantastic value. They estimated it would take a week or so to fix and would give me a call. Within 2 hours they had it done and I was able to reinstall the window the same day, which was a relief! Would definitely recommend them!
