Valley Tire Pros

Had a 5 year warranty on my battery that I purchased at a different tire pros out of state. Battery was dead after two years. Had to drop off my car. Left it Thursday at 1 pm. Didn’t get to it till Friday evening. Got the runaround that they had to put the battery on a overnight charge, test the battery, and it tested positive- confirmed it wasn’t the alternator. So Terry said they can’t honor the warranty if it tests positive. Lo and behold- battery dead again in a few days. Needing jumped. Didn’t want my car out for several days again to “maybe” get a prorated replacement. I gave two stars because Terry was kind enough to call me after hours on his personal time to check on me. Went there because I had something hanging off underneath my car and asked if they could fix that for me but he said it was just a piece of plastic that’s falling off from build up of snow and sent me away. Now it’s completely hanging off my car and dragging along the road and this could have been avoided if they had just fixed it when I went there.

My experience with valley tire has always been positive. They get the job done in a timely manner. Everyone is friendly and courteous.

I'm from out of state, had a flat on inner rear tire on my class A motorhome. Josh had us taken care of quickly and talked to us about the status of our tires. Very reasonable price for tire repair. Highly recommend this business!

I recently had 5 trailer tires mounted recently, a little upset with my experience. They did the work in a timely manner, and I am not complaining about that. I had asked for 5 trailer tires to be dismounted with new tires mounted and balanced that I provided. 1 of my old trailer tires was a spare with ~300 miles on it, basically brand new and totally useable still. 2/5 tires were still usable, they would've been great for extra spares, 1 was shredded, and the last one was shot too. The job was completely at 3:15PM when they called me, and I showed up exactly an hour later at 4:15. I picked up the new tires and wheels that got mounted. I asked if my old tires were still available since 3/5 were still useable and 1 was practically brand new. I was told they had been, "scrapped" and there wa
