Overall, I had a good experience with VALU Auto Sales and Repair. They were on time, communicated well, and the tow truck driver was friendly, professional, and informative—definitely made a stressful situation a bit easier to deal with. The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the service was on the expensive side, and there was a moment that rubbed me the wrong way. After I thought the call had ended, I overheard the dispatcher make a slick, smart-ass comment—clearly not realizing I was still on the line. It was unprofessional and unnecessary. Aside from that, the actual service was solid and efficient. Just a reminder that customer service doesn’t end when you think the call’s over.
The business is closed the owner died a few months ago, we all are heart broken
