Valvoline Express Care

PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Never in my life have I been treated this way and humiliated by a business like this. These people either lack a basic understanding of how to run a business or are CROOKS who do this type of thing to people regularly in order to scam them. When I arrived, I told the mechanic I had a coupon for $25 off an oil change. He said it was no problem and that the cashier would take care of it after the service. Based on this understanding I had the service done. When I go to pay, the cashier tells me they cannot honor the coupon. I told her she had to honor it because that was my agreement with the mechanic. She said that the agreement was not with her as if they are not part of the same company. I said I would not be paying until she agreed to charge me the price that

Like a lot of people, I hate going to get my oil changed. I tend to put it off, and I get nervous because I dont know about vehicles. But, I googled 'oil change near me', and Valvoline Express Care in Flowery Branch popped up. I was greeted right away, even though I was behind a couple of cars. Even so, it didnt take long for them to get to me. My oil technician Shane was very nice and helpful, and I felt comfortable to explain to him a bad experience I had taking my car to a different place. He assured me that wouldn't happen at Valvoline Express Care! All of my concerns were addressed, the entire process took 10 minutes, and it came with a free car wash! You can't ask for more than that! 🙂

As far as the oil change went I was pleased. I couldn't do the car wash because it was raining, so I got a rain check and went back today. Wasn't happy at all didn't get a good look till I actually sit in the driver's seat and to think I gave him a $4 tip.

The oil change place was awesome but when I got to the cashier, I wasn't allowed too use the coupon I found online after I was told it would be honored.

Went in for an oil change on 5/16/25 & everything went great! They had my oil & cabin air filter changed in less than 15 minutes all while being able to sit in my vehicle. Customer service is top notch here in my opinion! They kept me updated on what was being done, gave me price quotes before performing service, & provided me with a coupon!
