The service technician and the receptionist displayed exceptional qualities in professionalism. Especially, the service technician: he was very careful to explain in detail what was needed in order to extend the life of my vehicle. His attention to detail was so astute to the point that I am now a regular customer. I highly recommend this service for your automotive needs.

I had an excellent experience at this Valvoline Express. Bryan, the mechanic, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain everything they were doing to my car. The woman at the front desk was also very polite and helpful. Outstanding customer service all around. I highly recommend this location—definitely a 10 out of 10!

I will never do service at this car wash again! Today I witnessed a lady fall hard in the waiting area, and not one employee came over to help her or even ask if she was okay. The only people who showed concern were us customers, who simply asked if she was alright. The lady had a terrible fall and was clearly in pain, and it was disturbing to see the employees just ignore her. Her two young children looked frightened, and the whole situation was uncomfortable to witness. That kind of disregard for a customer’s wellbeing is unacceptable and shows very poor customer service.

This place RUINED MY ENGINE and now they don’t want to pay! I knew something was wrong almost immediately when it took over an hour for a simple oil change. Some new guy was out in my vehicle and at each turn several guys had to come over and assist. I could not tell what was going on because the hood was up but it was clear this guy was new so I asked and surely I was right! The second I exited the place and entered 75s it appeared as if my engine skipped which never happen in the 10yrs I owned the Mercedes ML350. I thought nothing of it and thiugtt hurt perhaps the oil was moving through the engine. Make it home and parked the vehicle since Saturday until Wednesday since I work from home. Driving it Wednesday was different because the skipping was more frequent and pronounced and then

Highy recommended! Excellent service! The gentleman who worked on my car was very thorough, and not only explained everything to me but showed me what he was talking about as well. The 17 point inspection was very informative and I was given three options to select from for the oil change. Vehicle fluids were topped off and a car wash with self service vacuum and towels was also included.
