I run a small mobile business and travel a lot for work; we used to change our own oil but for convenience started going here about a year ago . We used to always mark our oil filters with that days date when I change it. Today I went to get the oil changed and then decided to go to my families auto body shop and do some maintenance and cleaning. I notice the filter WE PUT ON IT OVER A YEAR AGO IS STILL ON IT they DIDN’T EVEN CHANGE IT ONCE IN “ MULTIPLE VISITS” that we paid for. Call them up immediately and go there; they offered to do the oil change again, I asked for a refund, because at this point I said how can I trust them to actually do what I pay them to do. They end up talking me into a redo and taking the old filter off and letting me watch them drain my oil and put a new f

The gentlemen were very polite and provided great service. There was no wait time and my oil change happened quickly. The price and quality of an oil change at this site is excellent. Very satisfied with my visit.
