Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Second time getting my oil change here and the customer service was top notch. Amazing! Diante helped getting my car an oil change and radiator fluid. Gave me a great discount and even gave my little girls coloring books and crayons to entertain them while we waited for everything to get done. Service was fast too, about 15-20 minutes. Thank you for taking care of us! 10/10

Rating as i wait in line for a oilchange . Website claims 15 min but ive been with my hood open for 30 min waiting for the car im front of me to be serviced. No restrooms provided. Claims to be fast, false. Coupons always expire before my oil change is recommended. I have been coming here for 10 years I think ill find a new business to work with .

They take far too long. It’s advertised at 15 minutes but took 55. They make you turn your car off far too soon and in Bakersfield heat you are in a hot parked car for 25 minutes. I had to turn it back on. Come to find out they do this to keep their work area cool. So the customer is in a hot, too hot car. This is done so they can be comfy! Never going back!! Especially during summer!

Was a good place but time to find a new place to go first instead of making sure they had the oil for a 2025 camry they started the process and I get notified that I have to wait longer than the 15 to 20min oil change because they had to send someone to the other shop to go get oil because they ran out here (if you know you get multiple cars with the same oil you should be proactive and order more before you Run out) had to si there for a whole 1hr and 10min not only that they get here with the oil then the one pouring in are more interested in conversation that oil leak out from the funnel and how did oil also end up on my windshield. With that kind of wait time might aswell take your car to the dealership.. I'm an Uber driver so I loked coming here to go in and out and back to work but

I'm totally satisfied with their services. It's time saving. We don't need to drop vehicle. It's reasonable. They took care of every part of vehicle and let the customer know about it. I would highly recommend their services to everyone
