Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I am their constant 5k Miles visitor since January 2024. I own a Mini Cooper S, Usually other instant oil change teams refuse to work on Mini! But these guys got it! Always made sure they check the car, top up the fluids and their European oil is good! Thank U Team!! Busy during weekends, but aint a problem during midweek, Midday!

These two and their team were very patient with me and my car. My old 2001 corolla had a dead battery that I needed to take care of after my oil change. They helped me start it up multiple times. Even though they could've just sold me a battery. They understood that I was gonna go get my battery replaced under warranty. Got oil change and fluids topped and taken care of. Thank you

Such a great shop, very well ran! I had zero wait time even at peak time on a Frida. Everyone working was so kind, greeting and thanking customers, truly wonderful customer service and it seemed like everyone enjoyed working there. The staff went above and beyond, answering my questions, being transparent and updating me about the progress of the services. They gave my dog treats too. Kiva was such a friendly, fun technician and both manager Alex and staff member Alex were awesome, the manager was even working on my car to help during lunches. They even got some random tangled fishing line they found off of the bottom of my car off. Truly one of the best Valvoline shops I’ve been to! Thank you all for your kindness and help! It does not go unnoticed. 😊

I went in for an oil change on 01/20/2026. About a month later, I noticed oil leaking (see photos). I took the car to my mechanic, and he showed me that the oil filter was loose (see video). I’m very disappointed with the quality of work from Valvoline.

Jack and his team were awesome - great service and communication! Highly recommend as they carry most oil weights for all vehicle brands! Shoppe was clean & organized!
