Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I went yesterday and Max was so helpful, letting me know everything that was needed to be fixed urgently, and the things that could wait. It was super fast and they even gave me a discount because my bill was getting pretty high. Always a great experience!

Cross threaded my drain plug and never told me it happened. Went to get oil changed again and found the problem my mechanic told me about the issue that Valvoline did. Asia with Valvoline never called me back after numerous messages left nor did the regional manager after leaving messages for him also. Asia harassed my mechanic in Oct but never reached out to me and the harassed my mechanic again in Jan before finally calling me and telling me they did nothing wrong. Won't ever deal with Valvoline again. Disgusting behavior from your manager Asia.

Aja was so nice and sweet!!!! And really everyone was. So nice to not have people be cranky or pushy. They just do what you need done and you’re good to go! Prefer this location over the one in LS!

Max was absolutely awesome and even gave me a phone number for a transmission guy and went above and beyond! Huge shout out to Zack, Jacob and Jay as well!! Awesome team here! Couldn’t recommend this location enough!!

We have been going here for oil changes with our two vehicles for the past 6 yrs. No real issues until the last visit for my wife's Sedona. Her oil change was done in med September; just before a trip to South West Oklahoma. Today I wanted to check the battery terminals for corrosion. While checking that, I discovered that the engine air filter box was left wide open. The last person to be in there were the employees of Belton Vavloline. Now I know why my engine didn't sound and perform correctly. I will not longer go here for service. Totally unacceptable.
