Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I stopped in for an oil change and had an awesome experience from start to finish. The customer service was outstanding. Bernard was especially great—he walked me through everything, explained what was needed, and made the whole process quick and easy. It’s rare to get service that feels this honest and helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others!

The team here is knowledgeable and friendly. They are thorough with their systems checks and have always been a pleasure to service my car with. Assistant manager John and his crew are solid and I can't speak highly enough of them. Will def be returning for maintenance in the future

There was no line when I arrived so I was able to get right in. The technicians were very friendly experienced ,and knowledgeable. Bernard explained everything to me offered me services. All around it was a great experience and they got me out quickly. Five stars in my book.

Nice people but man they do not know what they are doing. I just took my work truck there for an oil change and the guy started taking my light off to check my air filter. Put it all back together and couldn't shut the hood thought it was weird since my truck is a year old. I pulled over 1/4 mile down the street and saw my light was not reinstalled correctly. Unreal he could have broken my headlight slamming my hood shut. Manager needs to do some quality control and check over things this is totally unacceptable.

I came in yesterday , I was greeted by Jason ,very friendly guy, he did my fluids,tires, etc. overall experience was great! The team there are great to work with,always a pleasure. I strongly recommend this location
