Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I had a great experience at this Valvoline location, and I especially want to recognize James for how amazing he was throughout the entire visit. From the moment I pulled in, he was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare these days to find customer service that actually stands out, but James absolutely did. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions without rushing me, and made sure I understood what was being done to my vehicle. I never felt pressured, and that really meant a lot. He came across as honest, experienced, and genuinely committed to doing quality work and making sure customers leave satisfied. Great staff and they know what they are doing. Valvoline is the only place I will take my cars. Also the staff is so friendly and respectful. The dealership does not even compare with Valvoline and they are fast.

Found out today that on my recent oil change here that my car was overfilled by 2 quarts. Lucky for me that it was caught before any damages could have happened. Unlucky for Valvoline, you lost a customer.

They sell you everything else except what you pay for!! Buy a new filter, buy new windshield wipers, donate to children in need… how about TOP OFF MY FLUIDS, remove the oil change light or maybe even check my tire pressure!! $100 worth of oil that I could have done myself for $16 a bottle! Makes me question what they really do when I get an oil change. Do better please
