I visited Friday for an oil change. Once again, I am amazed at the service I received. Daniel waited on me and he was nothing less than excellent! He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. As always, I am treated as if I am appreciated as a customer. The young lady who performed the oil change was very personable too. Thanx!

Had a great experience at the Valvoline Oil Change in Braselton. The service was quick, professional, and honestly just really pleasant from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly and personable, which makes a big difference. Brandy was especially kind and welcoming and super friendly and easy to talk to. Ash did a great job working on my car and explained everything clearly. You can tell the team here takes pride in what they do. I definitely would recommend this location to anyone looking for fast, trustworthy service with genuinely nice people.

I had an excellent experience at this Valvoline! Todd, the manager, runs a great team — everyone here is professional, friendly, and really goes out of their way to make sure you’re taken care of. They were quick but thorough, explained everything clearly, and even checked things I didn’t expect without trying to upsell me on unnecessary services. You can tell Todd takes pride in the way the shop is run. I left feeling confident my car was in good hands. Definitely the best oil change experience I’ve had — highly recommend!

Great customer service. I drove right in to a bay and was in and out in 10-15 min. The staff was friendly and I was provided explanation of the maintenance recommendations with no pressure to purchase them. I will return due to my positive experience and I recommend you give them a try.
