Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Had a great experience. Lucas was very informative and professional. He made sure all of my fluid levels looked good, put air in all of my tires as well as checked my air filters. Great price on the fully synthetic oil change. 8 quart for my 24 Silverado out the door was $112.63 with their current promotion of $25 off any oil change. I will definitely come back.

Perfect service. Michael and Collin went above and beyond for my Truck. Guys like them are the reason why I ever only want to use Valvoline. Peak customer service, skill, and knowledge. I didn't tell them this, but they're the second team of guys that found issues from an a simple oil change (after I mistakingly go to other places and they aren't as careful) and fix it -- all in one go, all Valvoline. No other place has done this consistently as when i go to Valvoline. Thank ya'll, truly, from the bottom of my heart, and keep up the good work!

I went for an oil change. The young man ran the normal test and showed me the battery was in the red zone. I didn’t want to take a chance to be stranded and told them to go ahead and change it out although I knew the battery was overpriced. I left and went about a block and realized I had no brakes. I was going slow so pulled into a parking lot and used emergency brake to stop and park. I got someone to take me back to Valvoline told them what happened expecting them to try to check on the problem. They rudely denied they could possibly have done anything to affect the brakes. I had to get a tow and that person discovered the brake line was broken which is right by the battery. I am sure an accident I sure hope they did not notice but out of fear let me drive off with no brakes. I have

I came here last minute for a quick oil change. I don't trust a lot of places and David put me at ease. He was very knowledgeable and explained their process at a high level based on my knowledge of having family in the mechanics industry and running a shop myself. They were kind, respectful and made me feel important. I will definitely be back and highly recommend!!! Red and the other service techs were great as well.

Fast and friendly service. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. The service rep also showed me the air filter in my vehicle compared to a new one and it was an easy decision to get it changed out. They did a great job
