Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Guys were great, friendly, efficient! I drove away and looked at tire pressure - it was wrong. I heard two guys say the correct pressure, but no big deal, I can take care of tires when I get fuel. Get five miles down the road and get fuel, turn car off and back on and service light is on … for oil change. Driving some more and third service light comes on the remove some oil - it’s too high. The little things were annoying but not worth saying anything, but the third made me change my mind. No, I can’t come in, I’m too far away I live over 100 miles away.

These guys were great with all 3 services I had done. Oil change fuel filter, and def fluids on my 4x4 truck. Super convenient to pull up, wait in truck, and have services done simultaneously. They were very thorough in explaining each service and getting me back on the road!

I also appreciated that the manager took the time to personally stop by my window to check in and ensure I was satisfied with the service. It’s rare to see that level of care and follow-up. Blake helped do my oil change and replace my battery. When they checked the battery, it was getting close to its last leg. It was super easy to have them replace it in the shop and was cheaper than going to an auto parts store to do it myself. Been coming here for years and will continue to come back. Always a good experience.

Just love the staff here. Always so professional and so fast. I seem to always get a manger to help during the whole process. The prices are very reasonable and they folks are so helpful with my cars needs.
