Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I was able to get serviced right away. The attendant was very kind and explained everything that needed to be done and went into detail so could understand and make my own decision. I agreed with all the things he said I needed. The services were made in a timely manner. He made me feel I was being given a VIP treatment. Oven been coming to this location for almost 5 years and will continue to do so because I was made to feel like they truly wanted to give me excellent service. AND THEY DID! Thanks for caring for me and for having a desire to provide excellent service.

Stopped in the other day for an oil change during my travels though Texas and these guys were awesome!!! So friendly, professional and thorough! They were even able to tell me what all services my truck needed for it's age and mileage as well as the last services it had which were from the previous owner in Louisiana. It was good to know how old my cabin filter and air filter was since I just bought this truck last month. All this plus the price on my diesel truck oil change was $100 less than the competitors!

This was the first time taking this work truck, 2017 F150, for an oil change at this location. I have to admit that of all the Valvoline’s that I’ve ever visited Ronnie aka “THE LEGEND” makes it the best! The entire team is top shelf in customer service! They did an efficient job. I was not kept waiting. I was never ignored or made to feel like I was just another vehicle in the line. In fact, the opposite was true. I was treated with courtesy and respect. I was made aware of and shown potential services that should be done and products that were needed and offered a solution to each without them applying undue pressure.
