I always have a great experience at Valvoline! The team is professional, friendly, and efficient every time we come in for an oil change. They explain everything clearly and never make us feel pressured. On our last visit, they went above and beyond by helping us when our protective panel had come loose. They took care of it quickly and made sure everything was secure before we left. That extra attention and willingness to help really meant a lot to us. It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in their work. We truly appreciate their professionalism and excellent service. Highly recommend!

I like these places. I drive in, they don't expect you to know where to go and they start signaling soon as they are ready for you. Always polite, "can I open your door", but not unctuous about it. Quick, efficient, they offer services but don't get pushy about them.

My car was way past due, but the boys just told me the issues straight forward and did the maintenance wonderfully. Maybe more pricey than I thought but that’s fine honestly. Saved my car really, so who am I to judge?

Got a transmission service and some differentials services and they all were amazing. Amazing staff, they all were super friendly, especially Ryan. He was very welcoming and friendly the whole time. The team moved efficiently and effectively, I was very impressed by all they did in such a short time.

I arrived expecting a short wait and ended up stuck in the same spot for what felt like forever. What made the experience worse was the lack of communication. No updates, no explanation, nothing to help customers understand why things were moving so slowly. It just felt like there was no sense of urgency from the staff. I get that some days are hectic, but this felt like a complete breakdown in efficiency.
