I was highly satisfied because the entire process was quick, professional, and transparent from start to finish. The team greeted me immediately, explained each step before performing it, and reviewed all recommendations without any pressure. I appreciated that they confirmed everything out loud as they worked, which made me feel confident and informed about what was being done to my vehicle. The service was efficient without feeling rushed, and everyone was courteous and respectful. They checked additional items like fluids and filters, clearly explained the condition of each, and allowed me to make decisions comfortably. Did a great job. Customer service was very helpful trying to help with my front blinkers. Didn't fix the problem but gave it a A for effort. They have changed under a new company and management. Been going there for 5-6 it's. Will continue to patronize it. Job well done guys and girls. (Yes females changing oil)

Sekani was great! Excellent customer service and they don’t force or upsell like jiffy live when you use a Groupon. I would highly recommend them. I have my oil change, replace the cabin filter, and they also put air in all four tires.

They lied right to my face. That kid tried to tell me that sucking oil out the dipstick is just as good as a "drain and fill". I been changing oil since before he was a gleam in his daddy's eye. So, they sucked 4.3 qts, and then charged me for 5.3qts on the fill, plus a $7 fee for "extra oil". When I called him out on the math, he said my oil was low, but I checked it before I came in, so I know he's lying. I'll be sharing my experience with everyone I know.
