Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I thought they were efficient and friendly. It was my first time and I had a coolant flush done. We waited maybe 10/15 min and we're out of there relatively quick. I would be happy to return!

Worth the convenience, despite the price being higher than I'd normally pay for an oil change. Service is quick and employees are personable. They check tire pressure, air filters, etc while the oil is getting ready to be changed. You stay in your car the whole time as well.

CAN I JUST SAY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY OUT OF THIS WORLD AMAZING!!! Love this location and trust my vehicle with the team!! I'm honestly just a girl and I don't know much about my car and they answered all my questions, and broke down everything for me so I could understand. The guys here seem like they are happy to be here and actually make a difference. The community appreciates you and so do i‼️

The female worker that was initially doing the oil change, just disappears. The male worker who was the assistant manager on his tag. Immediately stepped in once he realized she was not there. The female worker had been in the bathroom the whole time the male worker finished ours plus trying to help others. This same thing happened to me in the past. Cars were leaving because it was so busy. Kudos after observing the other workers that day. All need to be recognized, excluding the female worker. Because they were not messing around.

Just got a oil change about 40 minutes before close our windows down and we can hear them talking so much shit for no good reason a young lady and a younger kid with longer hair absolutely unprofessional and do not reccomend iv never felt so un wanted as a customer in my life... id understand if it was 10 or 5 minutes before but damn...
