Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about my car and what service needs my car needed and had recommendations based on what popped up in the system. They found my previous service with Valvoline easily in the computer. I was able to get right in with no wait.

From the time we pulled up to the bay until we pulled back out, everyone treated us with courtesy and respect. We were promptly greeted, asked what services we needed and taken care of by friendly technicians. They went thru all of the checks, communicated with each other and kept the process moving swiftly. In and out with excellent service by a great group of guys. Will definitely return for our next oil change.

Good group of guys. The price did seem to go up since last time. But still, a good experience and work done right And fast so that costs you. Extra added value is topping off the fluids and checking lights for you. Thank you.

Stopped by Valvoline on Mall Road for a routine oil change at 4 o’clock on a Saturday and had less than a 10-minute wait — impressive for a weekend! The team was super efficient and incredibly friendly. What really stood out was how they didn’t try to upsell me — just honest, straightforward service from a great bunch of guys.
