Great service and friendly staff! Quick, professional, and reliable. Highly recommend for an easy oil change experience.
Took over one 1 hour from start to finish. Tech spilled oil onto my engine block. Smelled all the way home. Used his oily glove to reset my oil life gauge. I had to ask for a cleaning cloth, no apology
Damien and Jess were super helpful! The whole team communicated very well throughout the service, let me know about other issues and how to resolve them, and made sure I was able to use the coupons to save a bit! 20 mins for a cabin air filter replacement and oil change- very convenient!
Spent an hour this morning waiting to get service. A customer that arrived a half hour AFTER me got service at the same time. It was the slowest oil change in history and they wanted $26 for ONE windshield wiper. As a long time Valvoline customer, mostly in Milford MA, I was hugely disappointed in the experience I had in Framingham. $85 bucks and I missed an hour of earnings while I waited. Zero stars
Got an oil change and radiator flush today. Always a good experience here 👍 great customer service experience and they don’t try to force add ons too aggressively
