Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I had an outstanding experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change at 490 West Central Street in Franklin, MA! Bennu, the manager, and his entire team took incredible care of both of my vehicles, my Chevy Silverado and my Volvo XC60. From the moment I pulled in, the experience was seamless. The drive up service is perfect, especially for someone like me who owns multiple businesses. I pulled in, stayed in my vehicle, and they handled everything. Bennu explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and truly understood what I was asking. He was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. There was zero pressure, just thoughtful questions like “What would you like to do?” and “How can I help you?” That level of customer service is rare these days. Both vehicles are running fant

My wife just went there for a oil change and have the worst experience of her life!!!! They not only left her waiting for almost an hour, they were extremely rude and cheated her on changing the air filter. The person was a beard red head guy who didn't want to give his name. ATTENTION: IF YOU LIKE GOOD SERVICE WITH POLITE AND HONEST PEOPLE, DON'T GO THERE!!!!!

Bennu and his team at Franklin did a great job. Quick service, double checked and tightened everything, plus made sure my truck was clean and no oil was left on my engine. Explained what I needed, but did not pressure sell at all! I will continue to use this location for my oil changes

The techs were friendly and did the job. The reason for 2 stars is they wouldn’t honor any coupons I offered. I was told the coupons are for 5w30 oil only. None of the coupons stated a specific grade of oil. They say “up to 5 qts. of full or synthetic blend oil”.

Highly recommend this location. Had to go yesterday as an emergency oil leak from another Valvoline. The service was excellent. The manager took two hours cleaning the mess the oil leak caused. Mistake was done by another Valvoline and he did not need to take as much time to make sure it was done correctly.
