Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Last year I went to get an oil change done the manger decided to fixs my back light and broke my red shield that cover the light I been waiting since last year for him to ordered a piece and fix it. Here it’s a new year I called today and he gave me another story but never call me to tell me no update on nothing about fixing what he broke

Do not recommend! Sent my sister in for a quick oil change and the children running the place thought they could run up a check on her. They tried to sell her on needing new tires (the tires were replaced less than a month ago) and on top of that, they told her the battery tested no good and she would need a new one. She took it right to Firestone for a second opinion and wouldn’t you know it, the battery tested perfect. Super dishonest. No need to ever spend a dollar here again. No need for a manager to contact. Fix your staff.

Been here couple of times but today experience was friendly. Tom was a conversation starter, really nice guy. While Matt check the car, he was attentive to details. Thanks to Webber, for doing the work in the pit. Hopefully, when I return, I get the same fellas.

I had a problem with a prior oil change reading from another location and the manager was so polite and helpful apologized and fixed the issue and I felt so comfortable I proceeded to get an additional service. Thank you so much. I will be bringing my car back there for all repairs.

Great service! The service writers were honest and even helped quickly fix a minor issue free of charge. Would recommend this location to others.
