Valvoline Instant Oil Change

This station is very cute with how the staff interacts with each other. It’s my second time here and they’re quick, efficient, and no bs. They read off every service they recommend but they’re not pushy with it, just get it done whenever you get it done. I also really like that there are quite a few women in mechanics who work here which makes the place feel much more welcoming and comforting; i remember being so unsure of the mechanics when i was younger bc they were all men. Thanks Carlos and bree for working on my car as well as Jackie for sending me off. You guys make a great team!

This was my first time in a Valvoline Center and everyone was very polite and respectful. Instructions were easy to follow to help them verify that my son’s car was working properly. The process for the oil change was also easy and efficient, at an affordable price. The additional services provided were also at a reasonable cost and fast. I didn’t feel that we were being forced to accept the recommended services. Again, very polite and professional technicians working here! Company should feel very proud of their hard work.

We brought in our "backup" car, which hadn't been driven for months. The previous driver had neglected its regular maintenance. After replacing the battery, we drove it to Valvoline in the late afternoon, because it was one of the few garages still open. We were pleasantly surprised that we didn't need to exit the car, and the attendant was very courteous and helpful, explaining each step of their process as well as answering our questions. It was a perfect service match for what our car needed!

Went here today for the first time and was welcomed and helped by service bay tech Bree. Bree was very polite, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Bree welcomed me to Valvoline as a new customer and explained the services offered keeping me informed during the process. In and out in 20 minutes faster than Jiffy Lube by 10 minutes. It was very nice to be treated with excellent customer service! Bree was very knowledgeable and the other employees were asking her questions. I would assume she is the supervisor and if not deserves to be. Thank you Bree for making me feel like a valued customer instead of just another customer like other places treat me.

This is my go to oil change and car maintenance location. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They take good car of my car. Thank you.
