Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I go here every three months to get an oil change. I usually sit and wait inside and let the men there do their job. I never really pay much interest in what they're doing. Today I decided I will let my partner do the oil change (She does a pretty good job on other cars). She told me it looks like my oil filter hasn't been changed in a while. She mentioned I go there too often for my filter to look the way it looked. If I ever bring my car back there best believe I will be watching them like a hawk. Their customer service is great but I got completely turned off by today's news.

This is real simple, you have about four entrances to your establishment, three of which are blocked without any signage as where to enter. Would have liked to experience that great customer service everyone is writing about but since I, the customer, found it difficult to get into your place of business, I left and got my oil changed somewhere else. I don't know if you know this but you can't make money if you're going to make it difficult to service customers. Simply sign as to where to enter would have helped, instead of none and me trying to figure it out. Have a good day.

If there were negative stars as a rating I would use them. This place is just horrible. I took my car for an oil change here and they end up stealing my engine cover. When i return back the manager says that they did not steal the engine cover but instead they forgot to put it back on. I asked for it back and he stated that they had “Thrown it away.”He also said that the employee who forgot to put it back on was fired. (Not because of me just something he had done before) I asked the manager what they can do about it and he said he would order me a new one and it would be there in about two weeks. Three weeks go by and I returned too the shop to see what was going on as i had not got a phone call from them. When I returned the manager said he was “Still looking” for an engine cover onlin

I drove up on a rainy afternoon and there was no one there, they had me pull around back immediately and got me right in, there was no waiting at all. They were fast, friendly AND knowledgeable, I used to go to Midas but I was way over charged there, even with a coupon it was more expensive than valvoline. Angel who did my oil change, got my info and rang me out he was very nice, friendly and knowledgeable he recommended the vehicle needed new wipers which I decided not to get, but he didn't make me feel pressured at all like some other places make you feel, he was great, I will definitely go back to see him again :)

Manager was beyond rude. Said it’s not his problem. Refused to do a simple oil change on a jeep. Decided to drive away after making comments about the plates.
