Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I had the transmission fluid done on my Kia Sorrento here, two years ago, and today I came in with a question and the manager. Eric was so helpful. I recommend this place very helpful and knowledgeable.

*ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, 1+1=s $150 HERE* I call them up. I set the trap first and ask " how much is an oil change?" I'm asked car type/model/year and told $70 or $100 for Synthetic (maybe other way around, it's not relevant, this is) I then tell the young woman "My Honda doesn't like other oils but Honda oils for Hybrid Cars. I have all four quarts of the oil, filter and know how to do this myself just don't have access to my boys garage. She says "$70" I felt like saying that makes absolutely no sense but instead I explained again. Got the same price. I'm not paying anyone$70, $100, whatever dollars to flick their wrist to undo an oil filter and turn a wrench 45° to drain and fill when I have all the parts. THATS INSANEEEEEE. Guy at the computer had terrible cust service. Was abrupt, kept barking orders...when filter pulled, immediately said...we dont have that one, without looking, when the coupon you sent didnt have a bar code...stated it wasnt in his control, and just sat there and stared. At least they got the oil changed...thats why they get a 2nd star.

I took my 2016 jeep wrangler to this place twice for oil change, noth times thay broke my Oil Filter Housing, costing $800.00 to get repaired each time. Not qualified to properly change oil and oil filter. Don't go there, they always break stuff during servicing.

*No appointment needed! I've been coming to this location for about 2 years and have no complaints. The guys are always professional, very tentative to details, keep their garage clean and orderly, and seem to have fun while working. It's always a pleasure knowing my vehicles are being cared for the proper way, every time. If there's a few cars waiting, rest assured that it won't be long until you're in and out.
