Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I have had nothing but great customer service and also great oil change service. I feel very comfortable as a woman going there especially when Joshua is working he make sure that I am taking care of while. Make sure that everyone is doing what they’re supposed to do I never feel pressured to get anything, but he still allows me to choose what I need if I need anything it’s a great service there especially when he’s working. I feel so safe taking my car there.

When I pulled into the parking lot I was immediately greeted and asked what I needed done. Service was fast and service techs were very professional and explained everything they were doing. Service was fast and affordable. Will definitely come back to this location.

Absolutely first class experience from beginning to end. Highly recommend, drive all the way across town if you have to. Extremely professional personnel, and there are many there to speed things along. They took the extra effort to change a bulb that the mounting had melted. You can check the web for valid coupons. I didn’t think such service was possible with an instant oil change place.

I would not trust this location. The amount of time taken to get the oil change was reasonable. They offered to change a brake light but I opted out and lesrned 10 minutes after leaving that I did not truly need a new brake light. They asked if I had a coupon but did not suggest that I go online and get one while I waited. They also didnt mark it on the recipt that the brake light was in need of repair so It is obvious that they were being deceitful. The receipt also noted wiper fluid replacement which they did not perform. The most alarming was that the receipt noted a severe oil leak which they did not tell me about while I was there and which my mechanic said was not true. They were obviously deceitful and I would not recommend use of this location.

Every time I go every one is very professional. Today was a cold rainy day and everyone was still in a good mood and very polite. The service is always quick but done right. I have been taking our cars for oil changes there for a year now and I have never had any issues
