Valvoline Instant Oil Change

We very much like going to Valvoline instant oil vs Jiffy Lube. The building is nice and clean and the people are super friendly. Josh Quade was exceptionally friendly especially since we came right at the end of the night right before closing time. So we appreciate the great service even when we know everyone wants to go home! Pricing was extremely fair and we love the full car inspection. Thank you!

Didn’t wait long, went into the bay, greeted as always. Followed instructions for the oil change. Technician was helpful and explained what was going on with my oil. We had to do a flush. Had to wait the 7 minute’s. We joked about how much it would’ve cost if we had gotten 9,999 oil changes and how much it would’ve cost… it was very fun. We all had some good laughs. We shared some stories about oil changes. My two dogs 🐕 got love and doggie treats! After the oil change a technician changed my windshield wipers. (Windshield wipers are expensive now $34.00 for each wiper) We said our goodbyes. I recommend getting your oil here! I had an overall positive experience and will return.

Great service! It was fast and friendly, and I couldn't recommend them enough. Josh was excellent and got me all squared away for a long winter trip. Superb attention to detail.

I had originally given a five star review before I even left the shop. I am updating it to a two star review due to the fact that my undercarriage cover was not properly secured after the oil change. I had a few errands to run before heading home, and once I hopped on the freeway and started driving more than 45 miles an hour, the undercarriage cover started flapping horribly. Had to pull over and saw that the cover was missing screws and hanging from the one side. Pictures to come.

Very nice people, seem to do a good job, always checking caps and fluid levels. Pricey though.. good if you need one right away and can’t make an appointment somewhere
