Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Will never come back to this location again. My boyfriend brought his car in for a basic oil change. Tech told him about some recommended services and he said he was only interested in the oil change. Shortly after saying that, the tech told him he had a massive coolant leak and they didn't feel comfortable doing it so their other techs wouldn't get burned. We haven't seen any puddles under his car and after checking all his fluid levels, everything was where it needed to be level wise. Called his friend who's a mechanic and he said there are no leaks at all! It seems they just wanted do more than just an oil change. The service here has been getting progressively worse and we will take our business elsewhere

Survey Comment: Overall the service was good. Then I get home and after a couple of hours see an oil spot on the driveway about 3" in diameter. The technicians rarely wipe down the oil filter area that gets leaky oil during filter change out. Suggest you issue a reminder to your technicians to thoroughly wipe down the oil filter area and adjacent components to ensure no oil drips.

Customer services is not what it once was. Tech seemed bothered, he was short like lady dont come back in was setting in my truck minding my business. I was here 1st second person tu pull up in a truck got way more attention then me. Chatting and taking there time was more important. All security check was done for the other customer but not for me. I liked coming here but never coming back again..
