Survey Comment: According to the technician my Jeep Renegade has an AIR FILTER that does not need to be replaced. I just need to remove it and wash or clean the dust off it. I paid $117 for my oil change, you mean to tell me the technicians can't deal with the air filter I have to. Then what I need you guys for. Might as well go to my dealership. Copy Comment
Jay, Jaylen, Juno, are the best!!! They were efficient, effective, and energetic! They serviced my vehicle to perfection with a smile. They also are such a good vibe to be around. Best valvoline experience I’ve had so far in TN!
Amazing services all around. They asked me questions, offered me services, and made sure to give my car the care it deserves. Five stars across the board with no complaints, at all.
Uhh yeah I pull up to an open door and they tell me to move over cause they want to talk in a group… then pull up like nothing happened, was asked nicely what we got going on, I said oil change. After I popped my hood, one of the technicians made a comment about my car being a “10 second car? More like 10 minute car” meaning my car was slow. Felt very disrespected. But in terms of getting the oil changed, I’d say it went smooth.
DO NOT GET ANY SERVICES DONE HERE. I came here for an oil change , now all of a sudden my transmission is leaking? Prior to me coming here , i had no issues with my vehicle. No one took accountability nor did they try to help. They even tried to blame it on the mileage of the car but when i came in for my oil change nobody mentioned a transmission leak during my oil change process. All i got was “Im sorry we missed it.” And “take your car to a shop”.I’m sick of this company taking our money , and messing up our vehicles. I will be contacting the better business bureau regarding this incident. This is completely unacceptable
