Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I just wanted to come leave a little something because of my experience today. I went in to the location off 40th and old Cheney after going to 2 gas stations whose air pumps were out of order and came to valvoline and was in and out in 10 minutes tops. You guys made my day, you were quick, you were helpful and so freaking nice! As a woman sometimes I really hate going to deal with car things and you all brightened my day with your smiles and happy new year and I just really appreciate it! 😊 on top of that you didn’t charge me anything- blessings on blessings to all of you!

I would not recommend going to this location or any Valvoline location. They put in 5W instead of 15W in my truck! They also claimed I need extra oil because of diesel however, diesel 2500 only takes 10 Quartz and they charged me for 15 quartz. Should’ve been $115 minus my $20 coupon. Not $115 minus $20 plus $54.95 for “extra oil”. They also didn’t have preferred blue so I had to upgrade for their inconvenience and didn’t offer to knock price down. Wouldn’t recommend to family or friends.

I was able to drive right in to have an oil change. The technicians were very friendly and helpful in explaining what they were doing, step-by-step. They took the time to make sure I was involved in the decision-making and never pushed me to pay for something that I didn't actually need. I will definitely go back!

A great group of guys. Really hospitable, and they got the job done fast. Next time I need and oil change, I'll be coming here.

Dejiw (hope I spelled that right) was very friendly and helpful. He reviewed my recommendations with me and pointed out what I had already completed. They made sure my tire pressures and fluid levels were good before my road trip. As always, they were fast and friendly.
