Honestly, they stripped the bolt and did not tell me when they put the pan back on after they did a oil change on my jeep, so I honestly was not planning on going back to them because of that reason, but my car engine light had turned on and I just got a new vehicle so I had really no choice because they were saying it was overheating so I needed to get checked out that day since I had a client And they seem like they’re more in a rush than actually doing their job. I asked them to check all the liquids inside my vehicle and when I got the invoice email of everything that they did they. It said on there, they did not check any of the liquids besides Checking my coolant nothing else was checked. They were more concerned about getting me out. Then actually doing their job I did not recommend

My experience was what I wanted and needed for my vehicle. I was asked if I wanted any other service but not aggressively. I was told what my price would be for my vehicle at the beginning of the transaction, given a discount I was unaware was available for my vehicle, and the communication between the employees was quick, concise and safe. Everyone knew their jobs and it was done quickly and cleanly.
