Valvoline Instant Oil Change

The technician who did my oil change was excellent. I have a Jeep Cherokee and many times when I have had oil changes done the techs wrestle with getting the oil filter out and replaced. The tech that did this oil change seemed like he had done it hundreds of times...no hesitation...no issues. He was efficient, fast, thorough, and very courteous and friendly. I'll go back next time to this location and hopefully will see him again!

Have had great experiences here for oil changes, but they really shouldn't advertise that they do state inspections when they don't actually do that....

Seemed like a chaotic, understaffed garage on my most recent visit compared to other previous visits. Service took about 30 to 40 minutes instead of 15 minutes. Handed me back my credit card covered in motor oil. Handed me an oil change sticker also covered in motor oil. Lovely!

They broke my dipstick and dodged the blame (blamed whoever put it on last). I paid more for synthetic oil, which lasts 5000 miles, but they gave me a sticker that says to come back in 3000.

I come here every time I need an oil change and also ask them about general car questions while I am here. They are always super nice and willing to answer my questions and help me make car decisions on what to get and what services I need, while always getting the oil changes done fast and effective. I really appreciate them always being willing to answer my car questions as best as they can and take time to hear me out. Aidan, Elijah, and Enock are always the ones who help me out and I wanted to shout them out.
