Valvoline Instant Oil Change

If I could give a -10 star I would. I went in with my 4runner for a SIMPLE oil change, $100 later and them complaining about my skid plate not wanting to go back on. If the idiot that “put” the skid plate back on was paying attention, the 4 bolts go in certain slots, he put the two that go in the back in the front and the ones for the front in the back. The ones in the back, he did not even tighten them up all way. (can clearly see them in the picture) if you don’t know how to tighten a bolt in a skid plate might wanna get a different job. Hey also had a smart remark about if I was getting impatient I could put them on myself. I had never said a word about how long it was taking. I was just sitting the 4Runner waiting. Edit: Went for another oil change. Devin and Josh are the best around! Can’t praise this location enough! I’ve been to others and these guys are hands down killing the game. I was in and out in less than a hour with three cars ahead of me (one in bay already)! I highly recommend for car care needs. They are straight forward too! This shop is always incredible! The staff absolutely kills the oil change game. They’re honest and upfront about vehicle care. Plus they send coupons at the perfect time! Tried to go elsewhere and had issues. We only bring our cars to Valvoline OR! Keep up the great work team!!

This is one of the newer stay in your vehicle oil change locations that provides quick and professional service. This location is very clean (new) and has a tiny, air conditioned (or heated) lobby with a restroom. They also provide several other routine maintenance services for your vehicle.

Always fast and friendly service at the midtown tn location! I recently had my oil changed in oak ridge tn because it was convenient for me to do so at the time, well they forgot to put the clip back in on my shield no worries though because the employees at the midtown location fixed it for FREE of charge! They also do NOT pressure you into doing more maintenance work! 10/10 recommend

Been coming here for 3 years after finding most other places had a high turnaround. They provide consistent quality service and are thorough. Have yet to have an oil leak/ spotting on a driveway since going here. Fair pricing w/ mail coupon vouchers.
