Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I went to Valvoline about three months ago and had my oil changed on hwy K. Didn’t have a real good experience you sent me a coupon and I went back and I had the best experience I’ve ever had there or anywhere. They didn’t know about my bad experience before… this time I had two very very nice young men. Mitchell and Aiden, both very informative. Both very thorough, made my trip to Valvoline and enjoyable experience. They both wore smiles and look like they enjoyed their job and treated me with utmost respect. Love Valvoline Instant Oil Change! If you need an oil change fast, and don’t have time to make an appointment~no problem! Stop by Valvoline! They top off your wiper fluid, and do other checks, as well! Make sure you call the store before you go…..they will text you valuable coupons just for calling! (I use full synthetic oil, so I get the $25 off coupon) It’s a bit more expensive than going to a garage where you have to make an appointment…..but the convenience is worth it when you’re short on time! I’ve been going to Valvoline Instant Oil Change for oil changes and overall have had a decent experience. They usually have a coupon available, which is always nice, and I can typically find a time when they’re not too busy, so I’m in and out fairly quickly. The convenience is definitely a big plus. Staff is pretty bland and blah. That said, they do consistently try to upsell additional items like windshield wipers, air filters, and other services that feel very overpriced. I’ve even been recommended an air filter replacement when mine is an K and N and doesn’t need replacing, which can be frustrating. The service itself is fine, but you do need to be prepared to say no to extras. Overall, it’s a convenient option for a quick oil change, especially if you use a coupon, but the upselling
